What each service involves

Our team supports clients across all stages of life. Below is what's involved in each of the specialised services we provide.

Continence assessment & management +
Our nurses deliver discreet and comprehensive continence assessments, helping you manage bladder and bowel health with comfort and confidence. We develop personalised management plans, recommend suitable continence products, and provide education for both clients and carers.
Enteral feeding +
We offer expert support for clients requiring tube feeding (PEG or nasogastric). Our nurses ensure safe feeding techniques, equipment care and monitoring, while promoting independence and comfort for you or your loved one.
Stoma & bowel care +
Our stoma care specialists provide ongoing support and education for stoma management, including appliance changes, skin care and troubleshooting. We aim to make stoma care stress-free, restoring confidence and routine in daily life.
Acute & chronic wound care +
From post-surgical wounds to chronic ulcers, our team provides thorough assessment and management plans to promote healing and prevent infection. We use evidence-based wound management and liaise with your GP or specialist as needed for the best outcomes.
Chronic disease management +
We support clients living with long-term health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and chronic pain. Our nurses work closely with you to monitor symptoms, manage medication, and coordinate care with your healthcare team to maintain stability and wellbeing.
Medication management & assistance +
Our nurses provide safe and reliable medication support, including administration, monitoring and education. We help clients maintain consistent routines and reduce the risk of medication errors, supporting both independence and peace of mind.
Catheter management +
We offer routine and emergency catheter care, including changes, maintenance and troubleshooting. Our nurses ensure comfort, hygiene and proper function while providing education to clients and carers on ongoing management.
Pressure area care & management +
We assess skin integrity and implement tailored prevention and treatment strategies for pressure injuries. Our care plans promote comfort and mobility while reducing the risk of complications for clients with limited movement.
Clinical assessment +
Our registered nurses conduct comprehensive health assessments to identify care needs, monitor progress and support early intervention. We provide reports and communicate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Health companionship +
Beyond clinical care, we offer meaningful companionship and emotional support. Whether it's conversation, company during appointments, or help maintaining daily routines, our nurses provide the reassurance and kindness that make all the difference.
Health navigation +
We help clients and families coordinate care with doctors, specialists and allied health professionals. Our goal is to simplify your healthcare journey, ensuring you feel informed, supported and confident in every decision.

When your loved one needs you most

Palliative care is one of life's most challenging journeys. During this time, your loved one needs you as their partner, child, sibling or friend — not as their full-time carer.

Our experienced nurses work alongside your existing palliative care team, providing support outside routine service hours when you need it most. From administering breakthrough medications and managing symptoms to providing physical assistance, comfort and reassurance, we're here to ease the burden of care so you can focus on being present.

Ongoing support, at the level that fits

Alongside individual services, we offer four ongoing packages — each building on the one before it, from a single telehealth consult to a dedicated private nurse. Packages can be shared across siblings or family members, so you can split the cost and carry the load together.
